If an incorrect User Name or Password is entered, the Login Screen will be displayed and one of the following options should be chosen:
1. Re-enter your User Name and Password in the event that either was mistyped and click on the Login button.
2. Click on the 'I forgot my password' link and the following message will be displayed:
If you have forgotten your password, we can generate a new one and send it to your
email address. If you select this option, your old password will no longer work.
By clicking on the [Send New Password] button, a new password is generated by the system and sent to the email address on record (your rosemont.edu email account).

www.rosemont.edu under the Technology quick link. If you need assistance with your Rosemont email account please write to helpdesk@rosemont.edu.
After using the new password to enter the system, you can use the My Info link, to change your password to something more meaningful to you.
