YES, we should all post our photos and invite students to do so too.  The more "face-booky" we can be, the better for collaboration.  I'd go further, with audio tapes too.  If you want to "speak" to your students, do a simple podcast, for announcements, for lectures, etc.  We can link to any medium from the platform.  Soon as I have a good hair day, I'll get my own pic up there!

Judith, I wanted to add personal photos and Kathy Fennel informed me it is a college policy that we cannot add photos because the college is afraid of negative photos and how to inforce this. Could you please find out if this is still the case and what the college policy is. Thanks
