The question at hand is what can we do to prevent brain overload. The first thing we can do is to become aware of all the information that we take in on a daily basis. Once we develop awareness then we can begin to monitor and even control the amount and type of information that we attempt to digest each day. We each have the ability and free will to decide what information we voluntarily take in each day. As we go through our day we need to ask ourselves one very important question, is the information that I am ingesting right now, information that I need at this time, or is it simply information that I could look up as I need it or information that I don’t need at all.
