Academic Internship and Experiential Learning Agreement Form	Experiential learning, the process of learning by doing, provides students with valuable practical experience that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional setting. Experiential learning includes, internships, service learning, study abroad and undergraduate research experiences. Rosemont College requires all undergraduate students to complete at least one experiential learning experience, prior to graduation. Completion of this form serves as an agreement of academic and practical standards and expectations of the student during the experiential learning experience. Please complete this form, in its entirety, to document your experiential learning experience. The due date to submit this form for the Fall and Spring internships is the last day of drop/add period. For Summer internships the deadline is the last day of classes of the spring semester.
