Summer/Fall Registration

There is an important change in the registration process for the upcoming summer and fall terms! Your advisor will be using a new Registration Clearance process to approve your registration. This process will apply to all traditional undergraduate students and SGPS students.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • It is essential to meet with your advisor or communicate with them BEFORE the registration period begins.
  • You will not be able to access the registration screens in iWay until your advisor approves or "clears" you for registration.
  • This process replaces the “reserved” status on courses. You will be able to register for a course and have “current status” immediately.
  • Make sure you are following your advisor's advice and your advising worksheet to stay on track for graduation.

 

Student Account Notices

Financial Holds/Balances

  • Students with financial holds will not be able to register for classes.
  • Please contact Student Accounts to resolve any outstanding balances and have the hold removed.

 

Spring 2025 Registration Deadlines

Add/Drop

  • Spring Session II - Thursday, March 13 

Withdrawal

  • Spring Session I - Friday, February 21
  • Spring Full-term - Friday, April 18 
  • Spring Session II - Friday, April 18
