Description
A course providing a conceptual framework for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling through an examination of the theories and principles of management. Emphasis will be on group dynamics, motivation, communication, leadership, and conflict resolution and their application in the work environment. Offered fall semester.
Prerequisite: Sophomore Status
