Description
In this course, students will closely examine organizations that have experienced significant or functional disruptions to their business practices and asses their organizational responses. Developing strategic foresight in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment will be a primary focus. Students will also develop and appy skills in the areas of resilience, agility, adaptability, and critical thinking.
