Description

This course examines historical and contemporary leadership roles/personalities, situations and styles. While providing theoretical and practical frameworks for students, the class guides individuals in creating a leadership profile of themselves. Both international and domestic organizations and their dilemmas are addressed. By dissecting, discussing and extrapolating at least two actual case studies along with various other forms of business intelligence during the session, students will effectively learn to more ably prepare themselves to answer the question: What would I do, or have done, if I were in the same situation? 3 credits.
