As women leaders in the changing business world, learners will identify the necessary skills, which enhance personal and professional success. Learners will assess their leadership style and learn to employ the most successful strategies based upon their unique leadership personality. Learners, through an in depth investigation of historical triggering events, will explore the integration of careers with personal lives, and establish a framework for developing a professional network. Through the use of case studies, demographic research, and critical analysis each student will develop a more in depth understanding of the need for continued research in the area of leadership development for women.
